Job Title: Water Sector Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Water Sector Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consultative sales efforts for digital water solutions, including SMART water management systems, and engage with government clients, consultants, and EPCs to understand their requirements and position tailored solutions.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to ensure solution alignment and value articulation.
  • Drive territory sales planning and lead qualification, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in water sector sales, hydraulic modeling, and project design.
  • Proven track record in direct and channel sales, especially within the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Bentley WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and related hydraulic modeling tools.
  • Experience in DPR preparation and client presentations for technical and administrative approvals.
  • Familiarity with government water projects, including AMRUT, MSNA, and rural water supply schemes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field.
