Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our Central Ops Organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the systemic accuracy and usability of our sales tools, including Salesforce, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.

  • Act as a liaison between IT Development and business functions to drive system enhancements to completion through business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment.
  • Resolve Tier 2 support requests driving to timely resolution for the end user.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding on role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy, and territory hierarchy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tier 2 tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9+ years of professional experience in system and tools support, with a strong background in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certification is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, terminology, and best practices, with particular focus on data security.
  • Proven hands-on experience with sales forecasting tools and supporting sales teams with system and tool enablement.
