Service Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Service Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovation programs for corporate clients.

As a key member of our innovation team, you will work closely with the Director of Innovation to create tailored innovation programs and proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing user-centered design methodologies to inform strategic directions and drive value for clients;
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating service design workshops, and identifying opportunities for human-centered innovation;
  • Providing methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project, from user research to prototyping and user testing;
  • Contributing to the evolution of our innovation methodologies and approaches.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space, preferably in an accelerator, innovation hub, consultancy, or design agency setting;
  • Master-level skills in user-centered design methodologies, with a focus on proactive thinking and new insights generation;
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions;
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies;
  • Familiarity with technological trends and challenges, with a curious mindset to explore this field further;
  • Proficiency in presentation tools like PPT/Keynote.
