The Human Resources Partner will provide critical local HR services to the business within a country/group of countries. This role will lead and drive HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation, in collaboration with and supporting the Strategic HR Business Partners.

This includes demand management, employee relations, case management, talent acquisition support, performance management, compliance and policies, onboarding and integration, data and analytics, employee engagement, business restructures, TUPE, annual pay reviews, workforce planning, location and working practice strategy, diversity equity and inclusion, risk and compliance management, wellbeing, and employee and manager support.
