
Front Desk Representative

As a key hospitality professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all guest arrivals by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys
- Process various payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
- Respond to, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to track room readiness for check-in
Additional Responsibilities: Provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and local attractions, run daily reports, count bank at the beginning and end of shift, balance and deposit receipts according to Accounting specifications.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- No prior work experience required
- No supervisory experience necessary
