As a Guest Relation Associate you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all guests have a seamless and memorable experience You will engage with guests through in-person interactions phone calls emails and online platforms assisting with inquiries addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly courteous and professional manner Answer phone calls emails and other guest inquiries promptly and effectively Resolve guest complaints and concerns with a focus on delivering solutions and enhancing guest satisfaction Provide guests with information about facilities services and local attractions Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the guest areas Coordinate with other departments e g housekeeping food beverage front desk to ensure guest needs are met Assist in processing guest check-ins and check-outs when necessary Manage guest feedback and track guest satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement Ensure that guest special requests are communicated and properly addressed Help with administrative duties such as managing reservations tracking inventory and maintaining guest records Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required college degree preferred Freshers can apply with internship or job training experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism Friendly approachable and proactive attitude Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 17 000 00 - 19 000 00 per month Benefits Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
