Job Summary The Front Office Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and patrons of the casino The role requires managing the front desk operations efficiently addressing inquiries handling reservations and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills be highly organized and maintain a welcoming demeanour to create a positive first impression for guests Key Responsibilities Guest Reception and Assistance Casino Membership and Loyalty Programs Coordination and Communication Information and Concierge Services Cash Handling and Transaction Processing Record Keeping and Administrative Duties Qualifications Education Graduate Certification in hospitality or customer service Experience Prior experience in front desk operations customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with reservation systems Attributes Friendly professional and approachable demeanor Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and composure Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Job Type Full-time Pay From 16 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 20 05 2025 Expected Start Date 20 05 2025
