Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to lead our Utility Division sales team in South Bangalore.
Main Responsibilities:- Prospect and acquire new clients for our Utility Division.
- Develop and implement a territory management plan to generate new accounts.
- Analyze local market trends to identify opportunities and key decision makers.
- Develop and submit proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage customer projects and trails to ensure exceptional service and support.
- Interface with internal teams to facilitate seamless customer activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore business enhancement opportunities.
- Identify and engage with key decision makers through product presentations and technical support.
- Meet with customer representatives to provide detailed product knowledge.
- Foster high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain good working relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical service team for application support and complaints.
- Develop relationships with customers, internal partners, and external partners.
- Monitor industry trends and use this knowledge to set priorities for growth efforts.
- Participate in trade shows to market new and existing products.
- B.E. (Mech.) / Electrical degree or equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of industrial business sales experience.
- Background in working with national highways, infrastructure, EPC, lighting, road safety, and infra project sales.
- Proven ability for technical selling and account maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- Strong technical background and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills and character.
- Sound IT computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
