Job Title: Senior Sales Development Manager - Software Testing Services

We're seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Development Manager (Sr SDM) to actively seek new business opportunities and engage and build relationships with potential customers. Key responsibilities include lead generation, lead qualification, outreach and engagement, appointment setting, sales strategy support, CRM management, market research, and reporting.

Skill Requirement:

  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales and business development.
  • 7+ years of experience in lead generation/sales development/business development preferably in a SAAS/tech/digital solution company.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/prospecting tools like LinkedIn, email drip tools like Outreach, and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pipedrive is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
