About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and building a pipeline of potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bulk up your Named Accounts from mid-sized organizations across America, UKI, and EU markets, with a focus on North America
- Create a robust sequence to enrich your Named Accounts, multithread, and identify 4-5 contacts per account to prospect and engage with/build intent
- Leverage sales tech stacks and develop creative ways to prospect and expand your pipeline-building activities
- Develop expertise in Notification Space and suggest the right solution for customers
- Cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers and strive to become a trusted advisor and partner at your named accounts
- Crush your Quota month-on-month, maintaining an average ACV of $15K ARR per deal in the pipeline you build
- Update the CRM with all required information to improve process and efficiency
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Software Sales Prospecting and Pipeline Building roles
- Excellent personalized email writing skills tailored to suit shifting needs of prospects
- Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research and utilize social media effectively
- Experience selling DevOps, dev rel, or developer tools is a significant plus
- Must have experience in B2B SaaS or B2B Tech sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge about using prospecting tools (Outplay/Salesloft/Outreach) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential
- Highly passionate about learning & growing in sales
- Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven
- Capacity to multitask and manage time effectively
- Open to working in the US Shift (6pm-3am IST)
