We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead the design, execution, and analysis of pricing and packaging experiments. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, ideally in high-growth startups, consumer tech, or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.
The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for determining optimal price points for new and existing SKUs using structured experimentation and data-driven insights. They will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Design to define and execute the pricing roadmap.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong understanding of pricing methodologies (e.g., value-based, discounting, skimming) and packaging strategies.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
