Hotel Revenue Manager

The role of a Hotel Revenue Manager is crucial in maximizing hotel revenues by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing and distribution channels, and improving commercial strategies.

  • Lead revenue management across multiple hotels to achieve optimal business results.
  • Analyze market data and competitor performance to design effective pricing strategies.
  • Drive channel optimization (online travel agencies, central reservation systems, global distribution systems, brand websites) to achieve the best possible business mix.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for owners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
  • Support hotels with pre-opening positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • A proven track record of improving revenue growth index, revenue per available room, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of online travel agencies, distribution systems, revenue management systems, property management systems, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
