About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Expert to join our team.

This role is ideal for professionals who are analytical, data-driven and experienced in revenue optimization.

You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies for a portfolio of properties.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to drive occupancy, increase profitability and support strategic decision-making.

  • Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using tools like KeyData and PriceLabs.
  • Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data and market dynamics to adjust pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR and overall revenue.
  • Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance property performance.

Present clear, data-backed recommendations to internal teams.

Leverage AI/ML tools to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning and analysis.
