About the Role

Sabre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner to join our Bangalore office. As a key member of the Bangalore People Business Partner Team, you will work closely with the global People and Business teams to drive strategic partnerships, talent management, and organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic input and leadership on decisions affecting the organization, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders on a wide range of HR matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement, and employee engagement.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Partner with senior leaders to facilitate informed compensation decisions, analyses, interventions, and insights.
  • Drive and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Org initiative leads to seamlessly execute the initiatives, counsel, and provide support for success.
  • Establish strong connections with external HR forums and industry networks to bring in external perspectives and updates, aiding in informed business decisions and talent impact.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Postgraduate degree in business management with a specialization in HR.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with a self-starter mindset.
  • An innovative approach to improve processes and solve problems.
  • Experienced in HR analytics and data analysis.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Skilled in planning and collaborating with various functions and key stakeholders to successfully complete HR projects.
  • Actively engaged within the industry and participates in HR forums.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of current talent trends and practices.
  • Excellent behavioral skills to build effective partnership relations within the organization.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Ability to use data-driven analysis to identify problems and build solutions.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization and across matrix functions.
  • Strong Project/Program Management and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
