Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior management to drive organizational and people-focused initiatives to achieve strategic business goals.
- Provide impactful coaching to business leaders and senior managers, fostering a culture of continuous development and growth.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational health metrics - performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Lead and optimize aspects of the talent management process in the organization - talent processes, promotions, succession planning, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years in HR business partnering.
- Demonstrates business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical acuity.
- Proficient in partnering effectively with senior leaders through skillful navigation of ambiguous situations using strategic planning and effective project management.
- Experience working with global and distributed teams.
- Communication, coaching, and influencing skills across diverse counterparts across levels.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- HR experience supporting Business/Tech teams or in a Business/Tech company.
