Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business stakeholders and finance connect primarily at BL COO/MSU level and with Finance controllership and P2P to ensure downstream partnership rigor.
  • Manage smart analysis and review of various data points for performance management (BL & entity level).
  • Develop budgets and forecasts - Ensure process for coherent data collation, sanitization, and presentation of BL financials.
  • Train Analysts and Senior Analysts.

Requirements:

  • CA/CMA/MBA Finance with 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance.
  • Good technical, analytical, and engagement skills.
  • Ability to visualize process enhancements.
  • Good understanding of Management Reporting, Performance Management, Accounting, Costing, etc.
  • Excellent communication and business engagement skills.
  • Process and change management experience.
  • Ability to work with virtual teams and navigate through a matrix organization.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team of peers.
