Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner is a key member of the HR team, responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the Blue Collar organization. This role requires a strong understanding of business objectives and HR practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Meet with union representatives and blue-collar employees to address concerns and resolve issues.
  • Employee Communication: Draft and disseminate notices and circulars to keep employees informed.
  • Disciplinary Matters: Execute disciplinary actions, including drafting show cause notices, charge sheets, and warning letters.
  • Canteen and Transport Operations: Oversee the management of canteen and employee transport services.
  • Headcount Engagement: Monitor and manage direct headcount engagement, disengagement, and productivity.
  • Crisis Management: Handle crisis situations, ensuring the well-being of both employees and the employer.
  • Smart Working Model: Drive the adoption of technology to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • HR Policy Review: Review and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.
  • PRM Topics: Manage productivity, CL management, employee grievances, and VOA.
  • Management Updates: Keep management informed about LTS, disciplinary issues, and ER topics.
  • Audit Topics: Meet with vendors, respond to audit queries, and provide necessary documentation.
  • Wage Settlement: Plan and execute amicable long-term wage settlements for team members.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to statutory compliance.
  • Insurance Matters: Handle insurance-related matters, including meetings with the INS team and escalations.
  • Vendor Meetings: Meet with vendors to discuss manpower contracts, NAPS, NEEM, canteen, and medical staff agency.
  • Legal Counsel: Consult with legal counsel as required.
  • Government Liaison: Liaise with government officials as needed.
  • HR Connect: Maintain connections with RO and HRS, attending conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Qualifications:

MSW in HR with 18+ years of relevant work experience.

  • HR Analytics: Use HR analytics for decision-making.
  • Business Understanding: Have a good understanding of business and departments.
  • Labor Laws: Have hands-on knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
