Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate is a pivotal component of FloatIQ's Enterprise Sales efforts to expand our current customer base. The primary objective of this role is to identify prospective clients while partnering with our Managing Directors in driving the initial stages of our sales cycle within assigned industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct call campaigns and set meetings with key stakeholders in Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Accounting, Shared Services, and IT organizations of our target customers.
- Assist the Sales Managing Directors in creating and executing their account and territory plans.
- Support strategic marketing awareness campaigns and drive prospect participation in internal and external events & webinars.
- Qualify inbound marketing leads.
- Aid the assigned Sales Managing Directors in accelerating the initial stages of our sales cycle.
- Provide support with other sales functions such as account research, sales presentations, analysis, and more.
- 2-3+ years of inside sales or business development experience in finance, technology, or a relevant industry with strong selling and communication skills.
- Individuals must be confident, self-starters, competitive, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of discipline, drive, and urgency.
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and become a go-to resource on a dynamic team.
- Strong multitasking skills are required.
- Experience with sales methodologies, metrics, processes, and tools is essential. Zoho CRM software experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field or commensurate experience.
