Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at BigStep Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing sales documentation, preparing sales reports, and updating CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Execute and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
  • Segment email lists based on target demographics and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify potential leads through research and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to generate interest in our IT solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM systems.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in the planning and management of sales meetings at various territories to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes to increase efficiency.
  • Assist in the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance sales operations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in sales operations.
  • Liaise between the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the IT solutions industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
