Job DescriptionBusiness Development Associate

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with in-house leads, qualify prospects, and deliver product demos showcasing how Knorish can accelerate business growth. Your goal is to engage prospects, meet set targets, and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify potential prospects from a list of in-house generated leads
  • Understand the prospects' business needs and explain how Knorish can help them achieve growth
  • Set up and deliver product demos, showing benefits and key features
  • Meet and exceed targets for calls, product demos, and revenue generation
  • Methodically update and maintain accurate information in the CRM
  • Build a monthly pipeline of interested prospects to consistently achieve revenue goals
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve outreach and demo effectiveness
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in sales or business development (1-2 years preferred)
  • Good english, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively
  • Results-oriented, with a systematic approach to achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
