Client Engagement Specialist

This role is designed to foster strong partnerships with key clients and establish long-term visions for advertisers and partners.

  • You will work closely with large customers and market influencers to create value for them and achieve revenue targets for the region.

The team you will be part of partners with leading advertisers to provide advertising solutions that help them build and scale their businesses and brands.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. You will own the revenue targets for key accounts in the Large Customer Sales category for Disney Hotstar Ad solutions.
  2. You will serve as a business ambassador for Disney Hotstar in the market for the accounts you own.
  3. You must stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and the India Digital ecosystem.
  4. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of Disney Hotstar's ad solutions and capabilities.
  5. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks.
Requirements
  • Understanding of key account management principles and consultative selling techniques.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive client conversations.
  • You should have effective communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing from the Personal Care Consumer Tech E-com industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: MBA preferably from Tier I or Tier II institutes.
