Organizational Development Specialist

The goal of this role is to gain a deep understanding of the Retail Business objectives and staff-related challenges.
Responsibilities include driving governance on human resource metrics, engaging with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations, and ensuring employee satisfaction and development.
Key tasks include:
- Driving governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement and cost for the business.
- Engaging and working with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations.
- Operating independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team.
- Training, mentoring and leading HR initiatives and best practices for the team.
- Directly interacting with store staffs and implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies.
- Being responsible for HR operations, induction, performance management, employee relations and exit process.
- Coaching individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
- Owning/driving HR policies and directives and ensuring smooth implementation across the organisation.
