A Strategic Leadership Role in Learning and Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our learning and development initiatives. As Director of Learning and Development, you will design and implement impactful strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative learning programs that support business goals and future needs.
  • Create scalable training solutions for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact training programs, including communication enhancement, behavioral, soft skills, and analytical skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Mentor and guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives, handling logistics and resource allocation.
  • Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
