About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our new educational program, focusing on empowering gifted children through a parent-led approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to design, scale, and optimize the program for maximum impact and sustainability.
- Design and launch targeted initiatives to achieve defined objectives and performance targets, ensuring alignment with the program's overarching vision and goals.
- Establish a scalable digital platform to facilitate large-scale dissemination, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and seamless user experience.
- Define clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess the program's effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance performance.
- Oversee the development of a comprehensive curriculum that fosters holistic growth, supporting cognitive development, emotional well-being, and core values in children.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to implement solutions at scale, leveraging strategic planning, efficient execution, and innovative problem-solving to drive business outcomes.
- Possesses an exceptional drive for results, consistently delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope while optimizing resources and maximizing efficiency.
- Highly desirable: Prior exposure to the concept of Giftedness, including an understanding of gifted individuals' unique needs and characteristics.
- Experience in designing, leading, and driving initiatives that support gifted learners or professionals, fostering their potential and capabilities.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating deep expertise and success in the field.
- Proven ability to apply industry best practices, adapt to evolving trends, and contribute strategically to organizational growth.
- Strong leadership capabilities, building, mentoring, and managing diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
