Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to play a critical role in driving business success by overseeing all Line of Business (LoB) programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in managing cross-functional teams. They will be systems and process oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will possess strong proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using relevant tools, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all LoB programs and initiatives to drive business success
  2. Manage cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
  3. Create and manage dashboards using relevant tools
  4. Develop and implement processes to improve program efficiency
  5. Maintain effective stakeholder relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in program management
