Job Description

As a Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic execution and management of various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Initiative Ownership: Lead end-to-end initiative ownership, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  2. Operational Alignment: Ensure strategic initiatives align with existing business processes and policies.
  3. Cross-Departmental Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to create comprehensive strategies that support company goals.
  4. Prioritization and Focus: Prioritize high-impact projects, allocating resources accordingly.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Program Oversight: Directly manage critical projects, monitoring key milestones and dependencies.
  • Decision-Making Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks, creating contingency plans to ensure project success.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar sectors.
