Job Summary

The RFP Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting compelling proposals that meet our clients' needs.

  • Proposal Preparation: Determine the concept of each proposal, gathering and formatting essential information, writing drafts, and obtaining final approvals.
  • Concept Development: Identify opportunities and needs, study requests for proposal (RFPs), and participate in strategy meetings to shape the proposal's direction.
  • Deadline Management: Establish priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and transmittal to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate requirements with contributors and provide regular updates on proposal status during review meetings.
  • Information Gathering: Identify sources of information, coordinate submissions and collections, and communicate potential risks associated with proposals.
  • Proposal Development: Assemble comprehensive information, including project nature, objectives, deliverables, implementation methods, timelines, staffing, budget, performance standards, and evaluation criteria.
  • Content Creation: Write, revise, and edit drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, and organizational credentials.
  • Presentation Development: Evaluate text, graphics, and binding materials to create engaging presentations.
