Job Overview:

A Senior Proposal Lead is responsible for developing winning proposal responses to RFPs, tenders, and vendor compliance questionnaires. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to create compliant, complete, and compelling proposals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, InfoSec, Product Management, and other stakeholders to develop effective proposal content
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial review to final submission
  • Develop all proposal response materials, including outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal management plans
  • Write, edit, proof, organize, format, and produce proposals to enhance business opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate with SMEs to gather technical, financial, and operational information
  • Identify and mitigate proposal development risks
  • Ensure win themes and differentiators are included in the proposal
  • Develop reusable content and maintain a content repository of proposal materials

To be successful in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience managing proposal development and delivery. A proven track record of winning competitive proposals is essential. Strong business acumen, including Cyber Security, Networking, and Artificial Intelligence, is highly valued.

This role demands strong written and verbal English communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and well-organized with high attention to detail and accuracy. A Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
