Job Overview

The Learning and Development Manager role involves leading the orientation process for our upcoming hotels in India, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the orientation process to onboard new team members efficiently.

Associate Focus:

  • Work closely with HR to design and implement employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR in driving reward and recognition programs to boost associate morale.

  • Develop and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
