Job Title: Compliance Professional

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring timely statutory compliance and support audits, replies of notices, and attends hearings. This role requires managing Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, Income Tax) and handling Labour Laws compliance, Return Filings, MCA filings, resolutions, Assessments etc.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax audit, statutory audit, and other reviews with commercial tax departments and consultants/auditors.
  • Provide tax-related advisory on business transactions, vendor/customers contracts, and new business models.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

This role requires strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and compliance procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant should possess a high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
