International Voice Support Representative
Our Client is a renowned top MNC client company that provides technology and business process outsourcing services.
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate and graduate degrees are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good technical knowledge.
