Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Spectris Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to provide exceptional service support to XRD XRF Cross Belt Analyzers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction and customer support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and calibration of CNA/XRF/XRD systems
- Provide corrective and preventive maintenance as per norms
- Manage maintenance contracts and achieve revenue targets
- Sell spares and accessories to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain high uptime as per commitments to customers in their contracts
- Ensure collection of account receivables of AMC, spares, and accessories in time
- Provide highest level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Two to seven years' experience in high-end sophisticated analytical instrumentation, control instrumentation, or medical electronics field
- Practical hands-on experience in repair up to component level service
- Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction and customer support revenue growth
- Exposure on XRF/XRF/C.N.A may get preference
- Exposure on XRF/XRD will be an added advantage
