Job Overview

This role focuses on expanding our distribution network within assigned territories.

  • To enhance the current dealer network by managing relationships and ensuring timely communication of sales targets and product information.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collecting payments and reducing outstanding debts.
  • The position involves maintaining clarity with dealers regarding accounts, credits, and other business-related matters.
  • To grow the network through new dealer acquisitions and to introduce them to our brand and products.
  • The successful candidate will conduct regular meetings with influencers such as architects, building contractors, housing societies, and painters to foster business development.
  • Visibility of our products at key points of sale is crucial; therefore, the ideal candidate will ensure this is maintained.
  • Daily CRM reporting and achieving targeted reach numbers in their assigned territory are essential performance indicators for this role.
Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Collecting orders from dealers based on assigned targets.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of credit notes to dealers.
  • Briefing dealers on new schemes and target products.
