Job Title: Business Development Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
- New Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North-East region of India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
- Customer Service and Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Troubleshoot issues related to cooling water, boiler water, and RO water treatment systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this knowledge to inform business development strategies.
- Technical and Commercial Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and other sales-related documents.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Education Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Behavioural Profile:
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven and focused on achieving business objectives, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
