Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Regional Business Development Manager will oversee a team of sales executives to drive business growth and success through effective strategies. This includes coaching and developing representatives to ensure best-in-class HCP engagement and in-clinic effectiveness.

  • Lead a team of sales executives to deliver the regional plan.
  • Coach and develop representatives to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Segment and target HCPs appropriately to engage the most relevant experts for the company's products.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture to ensure low levels of attrition.
  • Analyze regional statistics from multiple sources to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and HCPs.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full-time MBA from a reputable institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in people management and business development.
