
IT Services Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced business development manager to drive sales growth in our IT services division. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of building relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in IT services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- 8+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth
- Strong network of decision-makers (CXOs/HR/Procurement) in the IT industry
- Experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or digital IT solutions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
