Civil Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of a Civil Engineering Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work independently.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and shortlisting candidates for civil engineering clients.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing the recruitment process from job postings to offer coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
  • Developing relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering job roles and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
