Sales Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Sales Outreach: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Client Engagement: Establish relationships with potential clients, listen to their concerns, and tailor presentations to meet their needs.
- Reporting and Review: Prepare and deliver regular sales and financial reports to stakeholders.
- Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to promote products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals, handle customer complaints, and resolve objections.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and improve results.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams to drive business growth.
