Sales Performance Specialist

Job Description:
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Nexensus products, services, and solutions to effectively engage with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Your primary focus will be on generating new leads through market research, networking activities, and client follow-ups.
- You will convert leads into sales opportunities and manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and documentation.
- Your long-term relationships with customers will be built on trust, expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- You will participate in company showcases and other marketing events, fostering partnerships and promoting Nexensus offerings.
- You will handle client accounts, queries, and complaints, leveraging your expertise to develop and maintain positive and long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- You possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- You have strong time-management and organizational skills, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and projects.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, as is an MBA (Finance background) or equivalent experience.
- Fresher and 1+ years of professional sales experience are necessary, along with proficiency in working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- You should have experience in consultative selling, solution selling, or complex sales cycles, as well as industry-specific knowledge and relationships.
