Job Title: HR Systems Administrator

This is a pivotal role in our global HR organization, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our HR platforms, accurate data, and comprehensive systems support across the business.

The successful candidate will oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR technology stack, working closely with our data analyst to ensure timely and accurate people analytics, and with our IT department on broader system integrations and infrastructure updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of HR systems architecture and lifecycle management (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Leading system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Maintenance of system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  • Partnering with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Conducting regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Serving as the HR systems expert to troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.
  • Collaborating with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other business units on cross-functional processes and system touchpoints.
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Training HR team members and end users on system updates, new features, and best practices.
