Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore North for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for managing HR functions including benefits administration, HR management, and conducting training sessions. Daily tasks will also involve maintaining and updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and supporting various HR-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Skills in Benefits Administration
  • Capability in conducting and managing Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in using HR software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
