Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

The Senior Human Resources Executive will support HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance, contributing to a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management and training programs
  • Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Support HR reporting and analytics for management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 3–5 years in HR roles, preferably in the travel or service industry
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
