Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern located on-site in Coimbatore. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting in sourcing, recruitment, HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves administrative tasks, organizing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and automating the repetitive tasks.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
