Senior HR Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Operations Manager to lead human resources operations for a diverse workforce of approximately 2,000 employees across various locations in India.

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of HR operations across the corporate office, regional branches, and factory locations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Standardize and streamline HR processes to provide efficient onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR shared services for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory laws related to labor and employment in India.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions and process improvements based on audit feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processes, incentive calculations, and statutory deductions across locations.
  • Administer employee benefit programs such as medical, insurance, and welfare schemes.
  • Partner with site HRs to ensure policy enforcement and disciplinary governance.
  • Coordinate with contractors and third-party agencies to monitor contract labor compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in human resources, Labour Welfare, or Business Administration.
  • 12-15 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale operations in a multi-location manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll management, compliance, and HR automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to handle scale and complexity.
