Human Resources Leader

Job Overview:

As a strategic Human Resources Leader, you will drive organizational growth by implementing people processes that align with business goals. This role oversees HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor HR teams, ensuring compliance and accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, including visa management, travel policy compliance, and budget control.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Champion employee experience through office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Develop and execute culture-building strategies and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
  • Embed company values through team-led workshops and leadership forums.
  • Design and approve total-rewards frameworks: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media and campus outreach.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, and HR-tech optimizations.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring and analyzing HR and people performance.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems like SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
