Strategic HR Leader

Acting as the primary strategic partner for our manufacturing facility, reporting to the Site Head, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Driving People Practices Implementation:

Implementing corporate policies, developing site-specific procedures, and ensuring compliance with Group standards and local labor laws.

  • Employee Life Cycle Management:

Managing employee life cycles, facilitating new hire onboarding, and leading talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for plant staff.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

Serving as an employee champion, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing initiatives to enhance engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • HR Metrics & Data Analysis:

Utilizing data and analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • Compliance & Audit Support:

Ensuring the plant adheres to all employment laws and company policies and providing support in site-specific audits from Human Resources.

  • Change Management:

Supporting leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
