Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and office administration functions. This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, training, and engagement while also overseeing day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment – We seek a seasoned professional to handle hiring processes, from posting job openings to finalizing candidate selections.
  2. Attendance & Payroll Management – The successful candidate will oversee attendance tracking, overtime monitoring, and accurate payroll processing.
  3. Employee Records Maintenance – Ensure proper documentation of employees' personal details, experience letters, and other relevant documents.
  4. Performance Evaluation – Develop job profiles, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), support performance appraisal cycles, and maintain updates in the Performance Management System (PMS).
  5. Training & Development – Identify training needs, organize sessions, and support employee skill enhancement initiatives.
  6. Employee Engagement & Support – Foster a healthy, positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities, resolving grievances, and ensuring effective communication.
  7. Statutory Compliance & Audits – Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESIC, and ISO/IRIS standards by maintaining accurate records and supporting audits.
Administration Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Office Operations Management – Oversee office facilities, cleanliness, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Travel Arrangements – Coordinate staff transportation, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements for employees and guests.
  3. Workplace Safety & Security – Ensure the office is secure, safe, and fully operational.
  4. Petty Cash & Budgeting Management – Manage petty cash transactions and maintain admin budget records.
  5. Compliance & Insurance Oversight – Coordinate with authorities for legal compliance, manage NDAs, and oversee insurance renewals for company assets.
  6. Meetings & Events Coordination – Organize training sessions, staff meetings, and company events.
  7. Cross-Department Collaboration – Facilitate smooth communication between HR, Admin, and other departments; communicate company policies clearly to employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations, compliance, and office administration.
