Job Title: Technical Voice Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Voice Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and expertise in voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC systems and troubleshooting best practices.
  • Create and manage MACD configurations in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Understand and apply VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes.
  • Analyze and deploy Cisco Voice network designs and understand voice network devices' functionality.
  • Integrate VOIP and Performance Management Tools with other applications.
  • Support telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.
  • Maintain a high level of readiness for 24/7 business support environments.
  • Apply advanced remote and on-site troubleshooting skills for system design issues, upgrade plans, and technical documentation creation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
  • Contribute to team support and process improvements through individual efforts.
  • Maintain and update knowledge bases and documentation, and implement process enhancements.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Cultivate excellent email and voice communication skills, teamwork, and presentation skills.
