**Job Description for Regional Business Development Manager at Brillon Consumer Products Pvt Ltd**

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Brillon Consumer Products Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect potential institutional clients in the HORECA & Related industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree would be preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the related industry.
  • Strong connections/relationships with customers that can be leveraged.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA and related sectors and its dynamics, including knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

 

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
