Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrap Metal Sales Strategist to join our team at Talent Sutra. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the metal scrap or recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in the non-ferrous scrap metal sector.
  • Manage and expand the company's customer base by providing exceptional service and understanding customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers and suppliers.
  • Monitor industry trends, pricing changes, and market conditions for non-ferrous metals to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of non-ferrous metals, market trends, and scrap metal trading.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Benefits:
