Scrap Metal Sales Strategist

The Scrap Metal Sales Strategist will drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and oversee the buying and selling of non-ferrous scrap metals. This role requires a deep understanding of the scrap metal industry, market trends, and the ability to develop strategic sales plans.
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Scrap Metal Sales Strategist to join our team at Talent Sutra. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the metal scrap or recycling industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in the non-ferrous scrap metal sector.
- Manage and expand the company's customer base by providing exceptional service and understanding customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers and suppliers.
- Monitor industry trends, pricing changes, and market conditions for non-ferrous metals to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of non-ferrous metals, market trends, and scrap metal trading.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
